Here we are... my love bug is 9 years old and it is her last year in single digits. It also means I am officially half way through raising her until she is off to college and will be out of the house more often than not. I can't believe it. The time left is not lost on me and I know she will be 18 before I know it. When people tell me it goes by in a blink of an eye, I take it in and know the amount of time we get with our kids is so short. I think the saying, "the days are long but the years are short" is so so so true. As I look back on this last year, Lyndon has grown so much not only academically but spiritually, independently and emotionally. There were so many firsts this year but the most important was her decision to be baptized. Lyndi decided she wanted to get baptized and profess her faith in front of family and friends.
