I often catch myself looking at you and having to remind myself that you are only 2 years old – 3 today. Maybe it is because you are in size 5 toddler clothes or you are the tallest one in your class or sometimes it might be because I feel like you act way older than you truly are. But then you do something that brings me back to how young you are. You always want to tell me you are a big boy and not a baby but my response is that you and Lyndi will always be my babies no matter how old you are. We have had a great year and I am so blessed to be able to call you mine. You are so kind-hearted and have a gentle spirit. You are worried about others when they are hurt or don’t feel well. You care deeply and can be very sensitive. If you hurt yourself, you immediately have a huge meltdown even if I know you only bump into something.
