As Landon and I narrow down our names for our next Little Ludwick, I decided to write a post about the meaning of our first daughter: Lyndon McKinley Ludwick I have always had a ton of nicknames mainly because not one person was ever able to pronounce my last name on the first try or even the 100th for that matter. Anything from Lilj, Lillywoohoo, Lily, and Liljenheimer. But by far my favorite one was L^2. When I met Landon, I soon realized that he was L^2 too although he was never called that growing up. When we married, I became L^3 which only added to the already absurd amount of "Ls" in my name. When we found out we were pregnant, I knew that if we were going to have a girl, I wanted her to have the same initials as me before I was married.
