My little girl is officially one and as I look back over the last year, I can't believe how far we have come. It truly is remarkable how much progress is made in one year of life. We sure have reached a lot of milestones in a short period of time and I can honestly say that this year literally flashed before my eyes. I remember times where I never thought I would sleep more than a couple hours at one time again in my life to successfully implementing sleep training and sleeping through the night! I also remember nursing her 12 times a day and each feeding taking approximately an hour to her finally holding her own bottle and feeding herself finger foods! I remember thinking that I would never make it more than a few months nursing because of how tired I was and how many hours a day I spent feeding her.
