Happy 4th of July! We made it! The 4th trimester is over and we have had a great month. Honestly I am not great at the newborn stage but this time around has been easier than it was with Lyndi. Sleepless nights and having a baby who really doesn't interact with you is not my thing. Don't get me wrong, I am so thankful for Lawson but I tend to love when babies start to interact more and do things other than eat, poop and sleep. Lawson's 4th trimester has be relatively easy and I attribute this to Lawson sleeping consistently through the night at 6 weeks and knowing what to expect. Lawson truly is a laid back, go with the flow baby who will allow me to stop nursing him mid feeding to redirect Lyndi, clean up an accident (yes we are potty training) or get her something and not let out a peep. He has been much easier to sleep train and is way more flexible than Lyndi was at this stage. I am very thankful for this because I can mess with his schedule depending on what we are...
