As I look back on the post from last year that I wrote, I really didn't know the season we were about to enter into and where we would be a year later... our world completely changed. We had it so good and I yearn for that normal again. The physical, social, emotional, political and economic chaos that we are living right now is not how I saw 2020 going in my mind as we entered the new year. I had a much different picture in my head when I thought about my hopes and aspirations for the year. If I am completely honest with myself, Lyndon had to grow up and mature quite a bit this year in ways that I wasn't ready for. She witnessed and heard conversations that a 6 year old should not have been exposed to.
