Believe It Foundation Dinner (August 26, 2019): On August 23, 2019, Lowery had a developmental specialist appointment. We had to see a new one due to his prior specialist leaving the practice. I wasn't sure what to expect at this appointment but knew it was going to be a big one. The appointment went well but we left there with confirmation of what we were originally concerned with - cerebral palsy.
